Who are you buying from?

The seller depends on the country where the footage was filmed, rather than on the website’s language or your place of residence:

  • Footage shot in Ukraine: Alla Adolfivna Yukhimovich, sole trader, EDRPOU code 2163025926, 57 Mykola Zakrevskyi Street, flat 113, Ukraine. Telephone: +380965307891, email: [email protected].
  • Shooting in all other countries: NAZAR BOHUN CONSULTING LLC DBA PHOTOHUNTER, a limited liability company registered in the State of Massachusetts (USA), 410 Washington St, Unit 103, Dedham, MA 02026, United States. Telephone: +1 (978) 339-9464, email: [email protected].

The seller of your order is specified during checkout and on the order page. See User Agreement.

Digital photographs

PHOTOHUNTER offers digital photographs delivered electronically.

The files purchased for download are the original files uploaded by the photographer, in the same format and resolution as they were uploaded. The file format and resolution may vary depending on the photograph.

Payment

  • Sessions in Ukraine: prices are quoted in Ukrainian hryvnias. You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay via LiqPay.
  • Shoots in other countries: prices are quoted in the currency of the country where the shoot takes place. You pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or a local payment method available for that currency via Stripe.

The final amount and payment currency are shown during the checkout process, before you confirm your purchase. If your basket contains photos from shoots in different currencies, each currency is paid for as a separate order. PHOTOHUNTER does not see or store your full card details: these are entered on the payment provider’s page. Payments from buyers are received by the marketplace operator, who also makes payments to the photographers.

Receiving and downloading photos

Once payment has been confirmed and your order has been processed, the photos you have purchased will be available on your order page. You can download the photos individually or all together in a ZIP archive.

We will also send you an email containing a link to your order page.

Purchased photos can be downloaded within 14 calendar days of purchase. Please download your files within this timeframe.

Posters (Ukraine only)

For photo shoots in Ukraine, you can order a printed poster from a purchased photo whilst that photo is still available for download. You select the size and quantity, and specify the city and Nova Poshta branch, as well as the recipient’s name and telephone number. Delivery to the branch is included in the price shown before payment.

The posters are printed by our partner printing house after payment and dispatched by Nova Poshta. Production and delivery take 7 working days. There is a separate page showing the poster’s status, and we’ll send you an email when it has been printed, dispatched (with a Nova Poshta tracking number) and delivered.

Problems with uploading and refunds

For help with your purchase, please contact the seller of your order using the contact details provided above.

The document Guarantees and Returns explains the rules regarding incorrect or damaged files, failed downloads, damaged posters, duplicate charges and requests in the event that you change your mind.

Once you have purchased digital photographs, we do not cancel orders or issue refunds simply because you have changed your mind, particularly prior to download. Refunds in the event of problems with files or downloads covered by these terms and conditions, duplicate charges, as well as rights protected by law, remain available as described in the ‘Guarantees and Refunds’ document.

If access is delayed due to a delivery issue on the part of PHOTOHUNTER, the 14-day calendar period for reporting issues with the files begins from the moment the purchased photographs first become available to you. You may report a failure to deliver whilst you are still waiting. If you decide to download the photographs at a later date, this period does not restart. Our separate seven-working-day period for processing refund requests is explained in the ‘Guarantees and Refunds’ document.
