General Provisions on Warranties and Refunds

To avoid the need for a refund for a purchased photo, please carefully review its quality and suitability before purchasing. In case of discovering a defect in the photo, the User has the right to contact the Site Administration through the feedback form at +380977792222. The issue of refunding the paid amount will be considered by the Site Administration on an individual basis only after providing a photo of the defective product.

**Conditions for Refunds for Defective Photos**

Refunds for a photo are possible only in the following cases:

1. The quality of the photo significantly differs from the quality you saw on the website before purchase and is irreparable.
2. The size of the purchased photo does not match the size of the photo posted on the website before purchase.
3. There was a system failure on the site or a server issue during payment due to the Site Administration's fault.
4. After paying for the photo, you were unable to download it due to the Site Administration's fault.
5. Other reasons related to the direct fault of the Site Administration or the photographer.

The above conditions for refunds for photos are exhaustive and do not include problems arising from internet connectivity, personal computer or gadget malfunctions, telecommunication service disruptions, bank card issues, network failures, or any other unforeseen situations for which the Site Administration is not personally responsible.

**Refund Conditions**

You can get a refund for a defective photo if the following conditions are met:

1. It has been less than 14 days since the photo was purchased.
2. The purchase of the photo is confirmed through the personal account on the website https://photohunter.pro/.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days by agreement (7 days to notify the photographer of the defect + 7 days for the Site Administration and/or photographer to review the issue).

Funds will be refunded only in the presence of an obvious defect in the photo, as listed above (point 2.1.).

In the case of an obvious defect in the photo, we can offer an exchange for a photo of proper quality (if possible) or a refund.

To confirm the presence of a defect in the photo, you need to send an email to admin@photohunter.pro with a photo clearly showing the problem. If we cannot objectively determine or see the defect in the photo, the photo is considered of proper quality, and the funds for its purchase will not be refunded.
